1. Warranty
– Seeds (Vegetables and Flowers): We stand behind the quality of our seeds. If you receive seeds that are damaged, defective, or fail to germinate, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement or refund.
– Fall Bulbs: Our fall bulbs are guaranteed to be healthy and suitable for planting. If you encounter any issues with our fall bulbs, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will offer a replacement or refund.
– Seedlings: Our vegetable and flower seedlings are nurtured with care. If you receive seedlings that do not meet your expectations or are in poor condition, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will either send replacements or issue a refund.
– Cut Flowers and Flower Arrangements: We take great care in growing and arranging our cut flowers. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of our cut flowers, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will address your concerns on a case-by-case basis.
2. Return and Refund Policy
– Seeds: If you wish to return seeds for any reason other than damage or defects, please do so within 14 days of purchase. Seeds must be unopened and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.
– Fall Bulbs: For fall bulb returns unrelated to damage or defects, you must initiate the return process within 7 days of purchase. Fall bulbs should be unopened and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.
– Seedlings: Seedling returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt if they are in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
– Cut Flowers and Flower Arrangements: Due to the perishable nature of cut flowers, returns for reasons other than quality issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to discuss your concerns.
